Today we attended the Bilbao Mentoring Conference, at the Palacio Euskalduna in Bilbao, where experts in this methodology and companies have debated and exchanged experiences on mentoring. It has been made clear the importance of mentoring, and thanks to our project, Peer4Inclusion, we will take advantage of this methodology to ease the inclusion of newcoming migrants.
